Festival in Nursery School „POD TOPOLĄ”
„Picnic with Comenius”

that was a special day for the community of Kindergarten "Under the
Poplars". From early morning, preparation for celebrations of the Festival
of Family lasted. This year, for the tenth time we were celebrating "Under
the Poplars". This is our little anniversary. Children actively engaged in
preparing the feast: they prepared gifts for their parents, bravely helped to
decorate the nursery garden and their parents prepared food. When the clock
strucked 15:30, the Headmistress Marzenna Bolińska officially launched the
festival with specially prepared for the occasion poem. Then the children
greeted the parents to rock and roll 'and sang „All the best” for their moms
and dads and gave them self- prepared gifts. Also children on Children's Day
received a small gift, colorful balls with a smile. At the end of the official
part they all sang the traditional hymn of Kindergarten "Under the
Poplars". A number of competitions were organized by the team leader, and
the same Headmistress has provided children and their parents with many
unforgettable moments. It was nice to see parents playing with their children.
Tug-of-war, Egyptian mummies, slalom with a child in the arms, inflatable
castles, small hair salon were just some of the planned activities. Sunny
weather affected wonderful mood. Thanks to parents, tables were full of food.
They, as usual, met the challenge and prepared many attractions. Everyone could
find something for themselves. Thank you all for your active participation in
the preparation of the festival.
